Whispering Wonders Returns & Refund Policy

At Whispering Wonders, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you change your mind or encounter an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
  • You must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:
Contact us at hello@whisperingwonders.com.au to request a return. If your return is accepted, you are then responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 24 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach us at hello@whisperingwonders.com.au or by replying to your order confirmation email.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, these items are not eligible for returns.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer any exchanges. To ensure you get the item you want, return the original item following the steps above and place a new order.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Return shipping is recommended via a traceable method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Whispering Wonders takes no responsibility for missing or lost incoming returns. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
  • Please ensure all returns are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
